Refund Policy

At RICHURE, every product is created with intention, care, and purpose. Because many of our offerings are limited, educational, or digitally delivered, please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By completing a purchase with RICHURE, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Digital Products & Educational Content

All digital products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital workbooks and PDFs

  • Challenges, courses, and educational programs

  • Downloadable resources

  • Access to gated or members-only content

  • Once access is granted or a download link is delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, unless otherwise required by law.

 

2. Physical Products (Apparel, Journals, Books)

a. Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Limited edition or limited drop items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Books and printed materials

  • Journals once opened or used

 

b. Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • RICHURE reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the issue, we may request:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

RICHURE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. RICHURE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

 

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact RICHURE directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Account suspension

  • Collection of supporting documentation to contest the dispute

7. No Exceptions Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to sizing guides before purchase)

  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies

  • Digital products once delivered

  • Missed challenge dates or unused digital access
