All digital products (including downloads, challenges, workbooks, and educational materials) are delivered electronically.

All digital sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access is granted unless otherwise required by law.

5. Physical Products & Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. RICHURE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please review your shipping information carefully. RICHURE is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Return and refund eligibility for physical products, if offered, will be outlined on our Refund Policy page or at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

Items must be unused and in original condition
Return requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe
Certain items (limited drops, books, digital products) may be non-refundable
